Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of inventory management principles - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Skills: - Sales: Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers - Retail sales: Experience in a retail environment, understanding of customer needs and preferences - Inventory control: Knowledge of inventory management principles, ability to monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control - Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions - Store management: Understanding of store operations, ability to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth operation - Budgeting: Familiarity with budgeting processes, ability to manage expenses within allocated budget - Bilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages, ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base - Recruiting: Experience in recruiting and hiring new employees, ability to identify qualified candidates for open positions
